HP ENVY 4501 all in one e- wireless printer will print from computer but won't scan or copy. The scan and copy feature worked fine a week or so ago when I last used those features. Today I've used the HP Support Assistant & HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.1 Both say the printer is busy after either the assistant or doctor puts the printer in copy. HP ENVY 4501 e-All-in-One Printer.
